Too many humans live in perpetual pain and feel weak, stiff & sore. In a world where many of us are confined to sitting in chairs, in front of computers, at desks, driving, looking down at our phones, we have forgotten what it feels like to explore our athletic potential. We are moving less and it’s causing more aches and pains.

GROUP CLASSES
This is NOT your traditional ‘group fitness’ class.
Sometimes training with others is more fun! Our group sessions scale to all abilities whether you are a high level athlete or someone who is restoring pain-free movement/rehabbing an injury.
1-1
Personalised training allows you to connect with the coach on a deeper level to truly understand your individual needs and goals.
Everyone learns, responds and adapts differently which is why we suggest 1-1 training for new members.

With over 9 years in the fitness industry I have accumulated thousands of hours coaching small groups and private personal training sessions. I have had the pleasure of solving problems for clients from all walks of life to develop physical ability and restore pain-free movement if they are in pain.
I have learnt how to completely transform my own physical ability from someone who was fragile & stiff to now feeling strong & youthful!
I now have the joy of sharing that knowledge with my own clients & members to help them become the best version of themselves.
